I've always been a huge fan of the simultaneous combination of tones or more simply put -- harmony.

I'm a harmony guy when it pertains to listening or playing music. Artists like CSN, Queen, Little Big Town, The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, Simon & Garfunkel, and the Beach Boys are just some of groups that do it the best. Back in the 70's when I used to sing the music instead of play it on the radio, our group, Sunup, tried to emulate groups like CSN and The Eagles when we played our original songs out live.

One of our tunes titled, "Standing At The Edge of Life" written by my bandmate, Garry Manuel, was a sweet blend of three part vocal harmonies. The song was captured live at a club in Rochester, NY in August of 1975. Garry sings lead with myself and an incredibly talented singer/songwriter, Dee Carstensen, handling backing vocals. Depending on our moods on any given night, sometimes we introduced the song as, "Standing On The Edge of The F-----g Precipice."
