20 Connecticut Towns if They Were Cartoon Characters

What if Connecticut's towns and cities were cartoon characters? I began pondering this concept, and soon it became a nagging thought that refused to go away. I had one idea, followed by another and then a full list that is sure to upset a bunch of people.

I was trying like hell to compare one of Connecticut's towns to Tina Belcher but I just could not make it work.

Taking a town and boling it down to one general identity or stereotype is both difficult and asking for trouble. There are fun people who get it, and will like my jokes but where are they when some nut job hits me in the face, with a rake outside the Dollar General?

Part of me is already sorry that I wrote this. I'm not sorry like I feel bad, I'm just sorry that poked my head out from my self-made cave. I don't know, maybe this is some form of self sabotage? Subconsciously, I must have been thinking things were going too well, and I needed to ruin it.

Maybe I should see my therapist more than twice a month? I'm afraid if I do that, she'll need therapy and I'm assuming I'm going to have to pay for that, punitive damages and all.

I guess it's not so bad, they'll probably welcome me in Kent.

What you're about to read really happened here in CT and it terrified hundreds of people who were left wondering what they had seen.

The Danbury Flood of 1869 is a Local Disaster Lost to Time

Most everyone in Danbury knows about, or has heard of the catastrophic Hat City flood of 1955 where 87 people died. In "The Place You Live" segment that aired on August 31, 2021, I-95's former News Director Mike Allen shared his research on the failure of the Upper Kohanza dam in Danbury and what it meant for the people in Downtown Danbury that day.
