The Ice Bucket Challenge is Back? Let’s Party Like It’s 2014!
The Ice Bucket Challenge Is Back but this time, with a twist. It’s been 11 years since the Ice Bucket Challenge first took over the internet to raise money for ALS research.

According to NBC, students at the University of South Carolina are giving it new life—this time to shine a light on mental health awareness.
Even the hosts of Today got in on the action on Friday (4/18/25). But let’s just say... the internet noticed they skipped the classic bucket. Instead, they used a metal mixing bowl—and yep, they’re getting roasted for it. The internet is undefeated and will remain so. Even if you're trying to help a worthy charity someone with the screen name lovestospooge will call you "trash."
I’ll be supporting the rebooted Ice Bucket Challenge by talking and writing about it—because getting soaked at work once was more than enough for me. #I'mtrash
It’s not that I mind getting wet. Towel off, move on. No big deal. The real issue? My coworkers totally bailed. You’d think I asked them to chug battery acid. Most of them (not all, to be fair) just stood there in the heat, watching me like I was some kind of science experiment. Check it out!
Shout out to Joey Ech and Mo for getting in the trenches with me. That is some team spirit, especially when you run the risk of wetting your Z-Cavaricci slacks Joe! Yeah, you bro! Those are some pants you got going there, where did you get them, the JC Penney's?

Please support ALS Research if you are able. Support Z-Cavaricci as well.
