The best schools for 2019 have been announced and a small elementary school in Waterbury, Connecticut came in at number 6 on a list published by Niche.com.

Brass City Charter School boasts a student to teacher ratio of 11 to 1 at their small Pre-K through grade 3 school on Chestnut Avenue in Waterbury. 85% of its 186 students have an 85% proficiency in both math and reading according to state test scores. Here's a look at their report card from Niche.com:
