New Milford Welcomes Back the Oddstock Music Fest 2019
Oddstock is over 25 outstanding bands playing non-stop music this Friday and Saturday in New Milford.
It's called the Oddstock Music and Charitable Festival and it's back in New Milford this weekend on Friday and Saturday, August 23 and 24 and before the sun rises on Sunday, August 25 at the Good Sheperd Lodge at 25 Danbury Road in New Milford. Why should you attend Oddstock? I reached out to a couple of the bands playing the festival like Queen Anne's Revenge.
Oddstock is great because it's for a great cause, it's local, and every year it gets better and better as far as the musicians, the food, the vendors, the turnout, and the support! We wouldn't miss this opportunity for the world!
Ethan James from the band, Fiction is an Oddstock veteran who added,
I've been a part of Oddstock for the past three years playing solo, with Easy Street and Fiction. Every year, Oddstock creates a community of love, art, music, and connection with a cause behind it. If you love music, you need to experience Oddstock!
One of Oddstock's local handmade jewelry vendors, Rachel Rimmer @hippie moon goddess explained to me why she loves the Oddstock Festival,
Oddstock is like this hidden gem of talent from the musicians to the vendors and all the people who run the festival. This is my third year vending at Oddstock and it's pretty much my favorite event to be involved with. This festival supports so many things like local music, artisans, businesses and of course charities with this year's proceeds benefitting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Alzeimer's Association.
The Red Hots reached out to tell me, "It's a weekend of great musicians and vendors coming together for a cause. It's fun, affordable, and unforgettable!"
The Oddstock Charitable Music Festival includes non-stop music, food, local vendors, camping, and community. Everything you need to know about this legendary local music fest including the entire timeline for each band can be found on their Facebook page.
