One of the Most Expensive High Schools in the Country is in Connecticut

What's one thing Connecticut is really good at no matter what? Being expensive.

Connecticut will always make sure it's on top when it comes to price tags. People from all around the country know Connecticut for its dollar signs. Hopefully one day that'll change, but for now, probably not.

I came across a list of the most expensive high schools in the country and what do you know, a Connecticut high school sits proudly on that list. While public school may not be the best option for your kids all of the time, there are plenty of other schooling options around our state. I have to say, I really enjoyed the school system I grew up in and I applaud Connecticut for having some of the best.

What is the most expensive high school in Connecticut?

Education Alot put together a list of the most expensive high schools in each state. The Connecticut school to make the list was not only the most expensive here, but it was one of the most expensive schools in the entire country. That school is The Pinnacle School. This was one of the most expensive schools in the 23-24 school year with an annual tuition of $107,000. This school specializes in helping students who aren't adapting to a typical learning environment and helps them excel and get them ready for college.

The school is located at 201 High Ridge Road in Stamford. Their website says they are a private, co-educational special education day school for students in grades 2-12. Their average class size is 4 and their student enrollment is 75. You can learn all about the school here.

While I think it's great that a school offers help for students, I don't think a $107,000 price tag is very necessary. But hey, what's one state that can get away with a price tag like that? Connecticut.
