I had never been to Madison Square Garden before 9-11-22. My first concert at MSG was Pearl Jam, one of my favorite bands, and I scored the ultimate tickets  - General Admission Pit. Here's what it's like to be that close.

I've worked in radio now for over 31 years, and there's only been a handful of times where I've been this close to the stage, but we're talking Connecticut and Massachusetts, not The Garden. I've had these tickets for over 2 1/2 years, the concert was originally scheduled for March 30, 2020, and then Covid. Rescheduling it to 9-11-22 just added to our anticipation of a legendary show. It delivered. Pearl Jam delivered a 24-song set that lasted just over 2 hours. I won't bore you with the setlist, but it was the best concert that my brother and I have ever seen.

I Got to Live My Dream of Seeing Pearl Jam From the Pit of MSG

Pearl Jam is one of my favorite bands, and I've been lucky enough to see them many times, from afar. That changed on 9-11-22, I saw them from the ultimate place on earth, the pit of Madison Square Garden in New York City. I scored once in a lifetime tickets through the fan club, here's what I saw.
