Hot Snowboarders in Kilts? I’m In – Norwegian Air Is Coming to Connecticut
Oh, goody -- another way to get the hell out of Dodge!
Just about a month ago, I wrote about Spirit Airlines bringing its low-cost airline to Connecticut. Pretty soon, you'll be able to jaunt around the USA at a bargain price right out of Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks.
Maybe your wanderlust says take me beyond our borders, but your wallet says no way I can afford that. Well, I've got more great travel news to share.
According to courant.com, Bradley International Airport is getting another nonstop flight to Europe.
The discount airline, Norwegian Air International is launching service from Bradley to Edinburgh, Scotland, this summer. Norwegian says it will be offering three flights a week to and from Connecticut.
Count me in. I'm a sucker for a man in a kilt. Hey, they even snowboard in them in Scotland. Time to book a flight, whose with me?
