The annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive is back, and this year it’s shaping up to be a friendly showdown you won’t want to miss. Local first responders—police, fire, EMS, and emergency management—are going head-to-head in a competition that’s all about giving back to the community.

The rules are simple: donate blood, and your donation counts toward your favorite team. Whether you’re team Danbury Police, team Danbury Fire, or team EMS/Health/Emergency Management, every pint helps someone in need. And yes, you get to vote while you’re at it—so your blood literally has a say in who wins.
