Adventure Park Can Keep Your Kids Busy and Active This Summer

Keeping your kids busy and entertained during the summer isn't always exactly easy to do, but there are plenty of budget-friendly activities out there that will keep them occupied for hours on end.

Our personal recommendation is The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum, a sprawling aerial adventure park that features over 180 treetop platforms connected by ladders, bridges, and ziplines.

No matter how old your kids are, you can rest assured that Adventure Park is the perfect outdoor adventure experience for ages 5+ and anyone of any fitness level, so you can get in on the fun too.

One of our favorite features of Adventure Park is the fact that each of their trails are rated by difficulty using the same designations as ski resorts, allowing everyone the opportunity to design their own personal path so that they can go at their own pace.

Plus, they always have some great events going on like Bullseye Wednesdays, which includes a general admission climb and free 30 minute outdoor axe throwing session, as well as Firepit Fridays, which includes up to 2 hours of climbing followed by some cozy camp fire relaxation.
