Fast forward just a few days, and here we go again.
In a story from the hour.com now a Westport man is facing charges after he allegedly flashed his neighbor. Poor woman was just going about her business, out to check her mail. Police say the incident happened on Oct. 24 when the woman was approached by 59-year-old neighbor John Blackman who was apparently wearing only a blanket. He then allegedly made a comment to his neighbor before opening the blanket and exposing himself.
Blackman was charged with public indecency, and will spend his Halloween in court to answer the charge.
