Unlock the Secrets of the Skies: Danbury UFO Conference Awaits
There is an out-of-this-world experience coming to the Hat City as the Danbury Library presents the annual Western Connecticut UFO Conference. This year's event runs from October 16 to October 26 and features an array of virtual and in-person presentations that dive into the mysteries of UFOs and UAPs, along with accounts of encounters with non-human beings.
The conference will highlight the mass sightings that occurred between 1982 and 1989, during which over 25,000 witnesses reported seeing a boomerang-shaped craft silently traverse New York, Connecticut (including Danbury), New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
This year's conference comes at the perfect time as the public clamors for more UFO information. The anticipation is spurred on by recent government disclosures regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). We're just months removed from an allegation that the U.S. government has recovered biological remains from UAP crash sites. The public fascination with UAP's is at an all-time high.
The event boasts an impressive roster of guest speakers, including astronomer Marc D’Antonio, the Chief Photo and Video Analyst for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). Marc’s innovative presentation, "How UFOs Travel from There to Here," will explore the science and technology behind UFO propulsion. He has appeared on major networks such as CNN, Discovery, The History Channel, and the Science Channel.
Guest Lineup:
October 16: Peter Robbins will lead a virtual presentation titled “Hidden Structures on the Moon and Mars: The Untold NASA/JPL Story,” where he will take participants on a visual exploration of NASA photos that suggest the existence of unusual structures on the Moon, Mars, and asteroids.
October 17: Linda Zimmermann, author of the Hudson Valley UFO series, will host a virtual event titled “The Danbury Triangle,” focusing on various sightings reported in the area.
October 23: Mike Bara, a former aerospace engineer and a frequent guest on programs like the History Channel's Ancient Aliens, will join Thom Reed to discuss Thom's family’s 1969 encounter with a disc-shaped craft in Massachusetts.
October 24: Al Santariga, Director of the New York State UFO Project, will present "Encounters with the Unknown" at the Danbury Library.
October 26: MUFON Connecticut Director Mike Panicello will lead a workshop titled “How to Be a UFO Field Investigator” and will also discuss Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs). Panicello, along with other representatives from MUFON, will present live at the library and engage in discussions and Q&A sessions during the workshop.
NOTE: We are working on booking one these individuals on the I-95 Morning Show as a guest.
