According to the NY Post, President elect Donald J. Trump is having a seriously hard time finding A-list performers for the Presidential inauguration. This should not come as a surprise to anyone. Hollywood's elite are famously liberal, and the ones that are not, live in fear of publicly backing Trump in any way shape or form.

Trump needs to manage his expectations here. You need to not think so big in this case. You just are not going to get the heavy hitters. No Beyonce, No Taylor Swift, etc. It's just not going to happen. So, he needs to do what he did for the Republic National Convention, and think smaller. Scott Baio, Antonio Sabato -- those type celebs are dying for a photo op.

He needs performers, though -- musicians. So, why not look at the Jan Hammers of the world? You know, assuming he is still alive.

Or go with Rick Astley -- the dude is dying for work.

I know this, because I just watched a Youtube video of the magical performer doing a cover of the Foo Fighter's "Everlong" from his home office. It was epic to say the least.

The Donald needs to suck it up, and take this one at a loss. No A-list celebs are gonna show.
