Thank You For Your Service My Friend
I know Diane Lopes. I'm proud to call her my friend. Back in the day, she worked here at I-95 and before we became friends, I DJ'd her wedding. I remember her as friendly and engaging, and an intelligent women who never took any crap from anyone. Diane turned into one of the most courageous people I know! In 2007, she moved to Tampa, Florida and joined the Tampa Police Department. Fresh out of the police academy, she was called to duty in the Air Force Reserves and deployed to Iraq. Every once in awhile when she's back from Florida visiting her family, she stops by I-95 to visit old friends. Here's Diane's story.
