Talented Teens Rock the House to Benefit the Ridgefield Playhouse
You need to see this when the best teen rock n' roll bands in the area rock the Ridgefield Playhouse stage for BandJam 2019 on Sunday, November 24.
After a rigorous audition process, the finalists have been selected which includes five high school and three middle school rock bands. I have been given the honor to help judge my ninth BandJam and trust me when I tell you, these teenagers will blow you away with their musicianship. The band, 'Gilbert' was last year's high school winner.
The judges for BandJam include an esteemed panel of music industry professionals that include American Idol finalist, Kimberly Locke, multi-platinum producer/songwriter, and manager, Aaron Accetta, Entourage Talent Associates owner, Wayne Forte, multi-platinum music producer and songwriter, Shep Goodman, and yours truly, Ethan Carey from I-95's Ethan and Lou Morning Show.
Comedian Christine O'Leary and legendary rocker, Richie Scarlet will host the evening and all proceeds from the show and the live auction, benefit the not-for-profit Ridgefield Playhouse. The Kiwanis Club of Greater Danbury is collecting gently used instruments for the Kiwanis is INSTRUMENTAL in Children's Lives program. There will be donation boxes in the lobby.
