Today, i95's Ethan and Lou Show welcomed Gino and Matt from Wire Mill Saloon & Barbecue over in Georgetown for a live interview explaining their passion for barbecue and what it's like to serve our community and offer up a chance for YOU to win a gift card to their establishment.

- "We started this restaurant in 2014 and been smoking up great meats and different stuff. One of the great things we do that people come for is we make our own pastrami and our own corn beef in house, brined there, and smoked there. The great thing about our corn beef – most people boil their corn beef, we smoke ours. Its really phenomenal so people love it." - Gino
- "My favorite item would probably be the brisket burger. So Gino makes his own burgers using the brisket and grind down the raw brisket and create a burger patty. Really wonderful." - Matt
- "A great slogan that we have now is 'You Can Smell Our Butts for Miles.'" - Matt
