Restaurant Plans Change For Popular Danbury Taco Truck ‘El Taco Loco’
Who doesn't like Tacos? Lebron James even tried to copyright "Taco Tuesday", or whatever he tried to do, everyone loves tacos, not just 'Bron Bron.' Tacos are almost as 'American' as pizza. See what I did there?
Anyway, I have always said and have heard, "the one constant in life is change", and with that, I have some good news and some bad news. One of Danbury's own eating establishments was looking to make a major change, but for whatever reason, that did not happen. El Taco Loco, a popular food truck business in Danbury had plans to move into an actual brick-and-mortar building, but that didn't happen and that is the bad news.
The good news is they will remain open right where they are, and according to CT Food Trucks:
We are a family run food truck on Main Street in Danbury, CT. We have tacos with handmade tortillas, tortas, quesadillas, burritos, and more! Our goal is to provide people with an authentic Mexican taste!
Here is the official announcement directly from their Instagram.
They say everything happens for a reason and this may turn out to be an even better change for them by not changing and we wish them all the luck. El Taco Loco, according to their Facebook page, is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 pm to 9 pm, and it looks like sometimes they stay open till 10 pm, or they just need to update some of the info on their page. Either way, check them out on Facebook right here.
