Oggi Gelato's Opening Celebration In Fairfield is This Weekend

We're lucky in this state to have so many different great options. If you want ice cream, Connecticut definitely has you covered. It looks like another exciting dessert experience will be opening its doors this weekend.

Back in April, I wrote about Oggi Gelato - which is a gelato shop known for its unreal, fresh gelato where "the finest ingredients are blended seamlessly into artisanal gelato perfection." All of the gelato at Oggi's is made fresh without preservatives, saturated fats and artificial colorings of any kinds.

They currently only have 1 location in the U.S. which is in Norwalk, and then they announced their second U.S. location was staying right in Connecticut and coming to Fairfield. Well, the company has officially announced an opening date and it's actually right around the corner.

Oggi Gelato in Fairfield is set to open this Saturday, June 28 and the celebration starts at 5 PM. They plan to have free gelato, free pizza, live music and so much more. The new location for Oggi Gelato is at 1499 Post Road in Fairfield.

What an exciting time for Connecticut. Not only was Norwalk the only U.S. location, but for them to add the other only U.S. location and it be Fairfield? We are lucky. Looking at the Instagram reel, everything looks to-die-for.

It looks like the gelato is absolutely worth the trip. I know where I'll be on Saturday.
