We strive to deliver an optimal mix of convenient TD Bank locations and digital banking products and services that are second to none. With those goals in mind, we regularly evaluate our existing TD Bank stores and new locations. We have already begun notifying impacted customers, our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for them."

As I scrolled through the news researching for this article, the news of the mass TD Bank branch closure is rippling through the Northeast, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont as banking customers are already hitting the social networks to denounce their local branch closure. My grandmother and mother were customers at the Middlebury branch location on Rt. 64, and I was too, since the days of Bank Boston.
