Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose is juggling a lot these days. Amanda Saccomanno recently finished a bodybuilding competition in Florida, is preparing for her upcoming wedding, and plans to launch a line of energy drinks with her fiancé.

Despite her busy schedule, she remains actively involved in the family business, assisting her father and brothers at their Mahopac, NY eatery, Arthur Avenue Deli. We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Mandy for an in-depth studio interview, where she shared insights about her current projects and reflected on her time in WWE.

But the first thing we had to know was..

Lou: Any celebrities ever slide into your DM's?

Mandy: "Ooh, I mean yeah, do you want me to call them out right now?"

Lou: Give me one.

Mandy: "Ooh, um...Shaq but it was super, it was not creepy or anything. It was literally when I got released. He's a super cool guy, I heard really great things about him. I think I met him in person once, it was when I got released and the news articles and all these crazy things were coming out. It was really sweet, he just messaged me and was like hang in there, you're amazing. It was like love ya kid, you'll be fine. Like it was one of those things, he must have seen something and he probably felt bad so I was like that was really cool."

Lou: Did you have any mentors, any big names in the WWE that helped you out along the way?

Mandy: "As a whole, the company itself and a lot of the talent they really look after you. Whether it is women that have been there you know longer than me, I would say not really like a mentor but I would say Trish Stratus was someone that I always looked up to and every time I saw her she'd always talk to me and she was super sweet. She always said that I remind her, of herself when she first started because we have had similar career paths."

Lou: She was jealous of your looks and youth and wanted to co-op that?

Mandy: "Ha, no I never got that vibe from her! S--, if I could look like her, at her age! She looks great and she was always very sweet to me. I would say I always looked up to her as like, that would be a hell of a career, I'd love to have something like what she did so I would say Trish Stratus."
