If you're a haunted house connoisseur make sure to visit the #1 Haunted House in Connecticut......."The Dark Manor..Where Terror Lives In Connecticut"....It's a bit of a hike from the Danbury area across the state in Baltic CT, but if you're looking for "pee your pants scary." then this is the one! I actually found many of their photos....."disturbing."

Number 2 on our scary list is.....The Haunted Graveyard at Lake Compounce in Bristol CT. This is a mammoth walk-thru attraction featuring six haunted houses and a graveyard all linked by a labyrinth of terrifying trails! You'll find 18 adult rides operating and the theme park is solely decorated for Halloween and is open weekends through Halloween.
