• Welcome to Danbury: Please Enjoy Our I-84 Parking Lot. You'll want to have snacks and a playlist ready when you approach I-84, as you won’t be getting anywhere fast. That half-mile stretch between Exits 6 and 8, along with approaching the Danbury exit from I-684, could drive you absolutely MAD! There must be an easier way to get to Rosy Tomorrow's!

  This isn’t just a mall — it’s a rite of passage. From prom photos by the carousel to grandma’s morning power walk at 8 am, Danbury Fair is not just a mall—it’s Danbury’s unofficial community center and practically a second town.
• The World’s Slowest Downtown Train - That little freight train crawling through Main Street could be outrun by a guy in flip-flops carrying a grinder. It’s less “transportation,” more “moving landmark.” And yes, it has become a running joke — people treat it like one of Danbury’s “unofficial landmarks.”
