Can you tell when someone is flirting with you?

According to a new survey only 36 percent of men and 18 percent of women say they know when someone is flirting with them.

Can you tell?  Do you have that moment where you are engaged in an interesting conversation, they have touched you in some way, looked you in the eye and you still doubt yourself?  Do you know when someone is flirting?  Are you like me?  Do you assume everyone is?
