BACK IN MY DAY

OK!  Let's panic again.  We have less than an inch of snow and the schools were closed today.....I would not care if any of this was consistent.  The worst day we had this month on the roads...NOTHING was cancelled or delayed.  It's all perception.  That day it had rained overnight and then cooled off so the roads were a skating rink.  I know because I took one step out of my house and busted my ass and almost smashed everyone of my goddamn teeth out of my head.  BACK IN MY DAY:

We went to school when it was snowing.

We ate Gluten

We walked a mile to the bus stop

We walked a mile to the bus stop with no shoes

We walked a mile to the bus stop with no feet

We walked on our hands with no jackets in the snow

We had scoliosis tests that were akin to sexual assault

We had to climb the rope in gym class and try not to get a boner....NOT EASY

THESE KIDS THESE DAYS ARE SPOILED

Oh and the buses drop them off right in front of their houses.  In twenty years they will just have the bus driver carry them to their rooms.

THIS IS BOGUS!  IT'S JUST SNOW...GET A HELMET!
