I've eaten these wings, and yes, they are really well made. But, honestly, I've made, and have had better! I'm not a huge fan of deep-fried wings! I prefer mine to be crispy and semi-dry, so I bake and broil mine in an oven. In fact, I wrote an article earlier about my process, which you can find by clicking HERE

J. Timothy's wings are double fried, and double sauced. Very tasty, and very well cooked. And they come in a wide variety of flavors, as you will see if you check out their website by clicking HERE. If, you're wondering like most, where the hell is Plainville? It's just on the other side of Cheshire and Southington, very easy to get to off of I-84. Not a bad trip at all from Western CT. Give them a shot, and let me know what you think. Are these wings deserving at #2?
