Yankees Are Only One Game Behind the Red Sox — LET’S GO!

The Yankees held on for a win yesterday against the Reds and The Sox lose in 13th innings to the Mariners. This puts the Yankees back in striking distance for the top spot in the American League East. They are just 1 game out.

The Yankees wrap their series with the Reds today and need to win this game and go on a little run here. You don't want to go into the playoffs as a Wild Card, you gotta get the division. With the additions of Todd Frazier, David Robertson and Tommy Kahnle they have improved their team and put themselves in a decent position to do so.

I want this so bad I can taste it. The only problem is I have zero control over this. I just have to sit back and watch. I do want to let Joe Girardi know though that if he is interested in my bat I am ready and willing to make a solid contribution to the club. LET'S GO!
