Valentine’s Day 2025 Gift: Bill Murray at The Capitol Theatre

I know, we're three days away from Thanksgiving and the official start to the 2024 holiday shopping season, but I just saw a concert announcement for a show on Valentine's Day 2025, and you might want to snag some tickets with your Black Friday shopping.

The Capitol Theatre has just announced that Bill F'ing Murray himself will perform live with 'His Blood Brothers' Mike Zito, Abert Castiglia, and Jimmy Vivino at their legendary venue in Port Chester on Valentine's Day Friday February 14, 2025.

There have been numerous Bill Murray sightings across Connecticut over the past couple of years, Murray's son Luke has worked his way up the Connecticut college basketball tree from Post University, Quinnipiac, and now as Dan Hurley's Assistant Coach with the soon to be three-time National Champion UConn Huskies. Murray just landed one of the best recruiting classes in the country for us for next season, respect sir.

It's one thing to see Bill Murray at the XL Center in Hartford, it's another altogether to see him perform live on stage. We're all familiar with his singing voice, but here's a video of him performing a cover of Bob Dylan's 'Like a Rolling Stone' recently with his band in Las Vegas.

According to BloodBrothers.com, the band will only play a few shows leading up to the Valentine's Day show at The Cap, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, and a show at Sony Hall in New York City. Tickets for Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers February 14, 2025 at The Capitol Theatre are $49-149, and go on sale Black Friday morning November 29, 2024 at 10AM.
