If loving tacos is wrong, I don't want to be right.

Taco passion is so big it's become a pop culture phenomenon. Not only do Americans love tacos, but they feel the need to share that love with world. Tacos have emojis, memes, t-shirts and posters. Tacos bring people together and that is precisely what Foxwoods is banking on with their upcoming Tacos & Tequila Fiesta.

The Tacos & Tequila Fiesta takes place on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Attendees need to be 21 years or older, bring a valid I.D. and sign a liability waiver. If you can pull all of that off, you'll get to enjoy "unlimited tequila samples" from the vendors, you'll be given 3 tacos and you get to snap shots at the 360 selfie station. You'll obviously be able to purchase additional tickets for additional tacos if 3 is not enough. Tickets range from 50-65 dollars.

Foxwoods is also bringing in a mechanical bull for attendees to ride. The bull rides are not included with your entry ticket and there are different price tiers based on how involved you want to get.

These are the different bull packages:

  • Bull Ride - $8
  • Combo (1 ride & 1 T-shirt) - $20
  • "I Rode the Bull" T-shirt - $15

The event is open to ticket holders starting at 2 pm and the last bull ride is scheduled for 5:15 pm. The Tacos and Tequila Fiesta will be held in the Rainmaker Expo and the best parking is in the Rainmaker Garage.

I mean, what more could a person want? You had me at "liability waiver."
P.S. Seriously, taco love has got to be responsible for about 12% of the content on the internet. There is porn at #1, cats/kids doing dumb things at #2, TACOS cannot be lower than #3 on the list of things, the internet is made of.

OOH, I'd be all abs, my forehead would have abs.
Better than snail mail.

Ain't that the truth!?

Some of the Best Danbury Area Brunch Spots According to Expert 'Brunchers'

My wife Erica has been to more brunches in the last month, than you've probably been to in the last four years and I'm no slouch either. This is one of the ways we like to treat ourselves, and an activity we both love.

So, we've had the meals, drank to the bottom of the bottomless mimosa barrel and now we present to you, Some of our Favorite Danbury area brunch spots.

Some of Danbury + Brookfield's Best Churro Spots

A churro is a fried dough dessert found in Spanish and Portuguese cuisine. When covered in cinnamon and dipped in Dulce De Leche, it's one of my favorites. The question with anything worth having is, how far do I have to go to get it? If you live in Danbury or Brookfield, you are not going far at all. And, I'd put our churros in Danbury + Brookfield's up against any churro you can get anywhere. These are some of Danbury + Brookfield's Best Churro Spots.
