Just in case you didn't know The National Day of Unplugging 2019 happens from sundown to sundown, March 1st and 2nd. According to the website nationaldayofunplugging.com this is a 24 hour global respite from technology, highlighting the value of disconnecting from digital devices to connect with ourselves, our loved ones and our communities in real time.
I know, completely unplugging is something that's a lot easier said than done. Going 24 seconds without using a smartphone, using a computer or nuking up a meal in the microwave is hard enough but twenty four hours? That feels like a monumental task but well worth it if done I'm sure.
