The 2023 Illuminated Boat Parade Will Light Up Candlewood Lake Like Christmas in July
The 2023 Candlewood Lake Illuminated Boat Parade returns this summer on Friday evening, July 14th, and it's an amazing sight to behold! The rain date is Saturday, July 15th. Check out my photo gallery, which features boat parade highlights from 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Boats will line up at Candlewood Isle Beach and Clubhouse and then pass by the New Fairfield Town Beach, Knollcrest Shores, Chatterton Marina, and Squantz Pond State boat launch, and will end at Spear Point.
New Fairfield residents can view the boat parade at New Fairfield Town Beach beginning at 7:30 pm. Participating boats must register online at newfairfield.org, or for more information, call 203-312-5633.
