A family-owned design-build contractor, Solimine Contracting has been building better lives in Greater Danbury — one project at a time — for 30 years.

Now, it's their turn to give back. Solimine Contracting is gifting one deserving individual a dream renovation up to $10,000, and they need your help to find the person who really needs a helping hand to make life easier.

It might be an elderly person whose bathroom needs mobility upgrades, a foster parent who could really use more kitchen space, a family that needs a ramp for someone who no longer uses stairs — you get the idea.

Do you have the perfect person in mind? Simply email jonnas@soliminecontracting.com with:

• Name of the person making the submission
• Name of the person being nominated
• Address and phone number of the nominee
• A short explanation of why the nominee should receive the Dream Reno (250-word max)

Solimine Contracting Dream Reno Giveaway – Official Rules

• Open to legal residents of Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Putnam County, New York who are 18 years of age or older.
• Nominees must be the legal owners of their home.
• Employees of Solimine Contracting, Townsquare Media, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate.

• Contest runs from October 6^th 2025 through November 9th 2025.
• All entries must be received by November 9^th 2025 to be considered.

• Submit a completed nomination form via email to jonnas@soliminecontracting.com.
• Nominations must include:
  • Name of the person making the submission
  • Name of the person being nominated
  • Address and phone number of the nominee
  • A short explanation (250 words max) describing why the nominee should receive the Dream Reno.
• Limit one nomination per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• A panel of judges selected by Solimine Contracting will review all eligible entries.
• Winner will be chosen based on:
  • Demonstrated need
  • Community impact
  • Story submitted in the nomination form
• Winner will be notified by phone and/or email no later than November 30th 2025.

• One (1) winner will receive a home renovation project (“Dream Reno”) provided by Solimine Contracting, valued at up to $10,000.
• Renovation scope, design, and project details will be determined by Solimine Contracting in consultation with the winner, subject to feasibility, safety, and budget requirements.
• Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.

• By submitting a nomination, participants grant Solimine Contracting and Townsquare Media the right to use names, stories, photos, and likenesses of both the nominee and the nominator for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Before and after photos of the renovation project
  • Photos and/or videos of the contest winner and the individual who submitted their nomination
  • Use of names and stories on websites, social media, radio, and other marketing materials

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Solimine Contracting, Townsquare Media, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
• Solimine Contracting and Townsquare Media are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible entries, or for any technical errors that may occur in the entry process.

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize.
• By entering, participants agree to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described in these rules.
• Information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of Solimine Contracting and Townsquare Media without consent, except as required by law.

• The renovation project is subject to existing conditions of the home. Solimine Contracting reserves the right to determine the feasibility of requested renovations.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property and securing any necessary permits, approvals, or homeowner association permissions prior to work commencing.
• Renovation work must be scheduled at a mutually agreed time and completed within the time agreed upon by both parties.
• Solimine Contracting is not responsible for unforeseen structural, mechanical, or environmental issues uncovered during the renovation that fall outside the project’s agreed scope or budget
