Why Connecticut Is Suddenly a Hot Spot for Single Women
According to new research from TDM Agency—yes, the same agency that reps OnlyFans talent (so you know they’re plugged into what’s hot)—they just dropped a ranking of the Best States for Single Women in America.

And somehow… Connecticut landed in the Top 5! OOOH, it's a lady! I know, we’re usually the star of lists about high taxes, overpriced pizza, or the number of people fleeing the state—but here we are, apparently a decent place for single women.
Here’s the Top 5:
1. Maryland tops the list with high incomes, low unemployment, a strong dating pool, and plenty of nightlife.
2. Massachusetts comes in next, thanks to a high percentage of singles, a strong economy, and good safety stats.
3. New York takes third, offering the largest single population, high incomes, diversity, and unbeatable nightlife.
4. Rhode Island sneaks into fourth with the highest nightlife density, a great male-to-female ratio.
5. Connecticut rounds out the Top 5. We’ve got a strong median income, low unemployment, a favorable dating ratio, and a cost of living that isn’t as crushing as some of our neighbors. But wait, there is more. The folks at TDM add "for single women seeking economic stability and suburban comfort, Connecticut is a reliable choice." It doesn't take a genius to figure out that is not good news for dudes who don't make a lot of money.

Look at us! A rare bright spot in the usual hideous Connecticut headlines - at least for the ladies. Normally it’s potholes, taxes, and housing shortages. But now? According to this study, even if you’re broke, stuck in traffic, dodging sinkhole-sized craters, or paying $6 for gas-station coffee… at least there’s a shot at finding a single lady to share your kingdom with.
P.S. I couldn’t be single in today’s world. It sounds horrifying. I’ve heard guys say they have to swipe right hundreds of times just to get a handful of halfway decent matches. Women complain about the quality of men out there—and now, I read people are even getting judged based on their social media follower counts. Too few? Red flag. Too many? Red flag.
It all sounds exhausting… and transactional, which is basically the opposite of what dating should be.
