According to the NY Daily News, parents were shocked and chagrined when their children's Manhattan school district talent show turned sexually suggestive.

On May 25, students from all over Manhattan's District 4 were invited to the Learning Expo at the Museo Del Barrio for a talent competition.

According to the article, all went well for about two hours. That is when Public School 96 Parent Association President, Frankie Quinones, took the stage. Ol' Frankie was dressed in drag, flashed a g-string, did some suggestive tongue movements, and gyrated his private region, all while lip-syncing to a Puerto Rican song from the 80s.

Witnesses were "horrified", according to the report, as children as young as 5-years-old watched the unexpected performance. Cool.

Let's get the obvious out of the way here -- not cool, Frankie. People get upset when you do a sex dance for their children. That's obvious to most of us. The REAL problem, in my eyes, is grown ups who are so desperate for attention that they are willing to insert themselves into the lineup at a talent competition for children.

Do better, Frankie. You are terrible at life. Who in the blue f--- calls themselves Frankie as an adult? Your name is Frank, because you're grown up. My description cannot do it justice so let's go to the video tape:
