Mysterious ‘Whoops’ and Screams Heard in Small Connecticut Town That’s a Hotspot for Bigfoot Sightings

From a recent article in the Hartford Courant, the most recent Bigfoot sighting has been offically logged in by an indiviudal who claims he heard "short duration screaming/long duration whooping after midnight on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

The individual reported, "The sound direction seemed as it was from the Northeast of coords. It was not a bobcat/fox/coyote. I live out west, CA to be specific, and I’m well acquainted with coyotes, bobcats, and cougars and their vocalizations. This voice had quite a bit of power behind it was carried over distance."

The official report from one individual dated October 2023  by The Bigfoot Field Reseachers Organization goes on to say, "I heard repeated short duration screaming/long-duration whooping after midnight on 17th of October. This went on for about five to ten minutes. All the dogs in the area started barking at once when the vocalizations ended. Normally there are many owls in the area and when I had gone outside previously I could hear them."

To read the complete report, click on bfro.net. According to the Monroe Patch, the holy grail for Bigfoot chasers is a Class A sighting, a sighting "in circumstances where misinterpretation or misidentification of other animals can be ruled out with greater confidence."

A quote from the individual who reported the sighting told the Monroe Patch, "It was solid black from head to toe with no color differences. It was also too large to be a person. I had a size comparison with the deer ran just past it. The black figure was about 2 and a half times the height of the deer torso. It must have been between 8 and 10 feet tall."
