Mahopac Restaurateur Hosts Tasting Event This Saturday

According to the Patch, Chef Peter Milano of "Dish" Bistro and Wine Bar welcomes you to his Mahopac, NY restaurant on Saturday from Noon-2pm for a tasting event. If the name looks familiar that is because he is my cousin. He, Peter, my cousin is a food genius. He does not need my help putting rear ends in the seats. "Dish" is fine dining at it's best.

"Dish" is located at 947S Lake Blvd, Mahopac, NY. This event is free to attend but will likely fill up so you are encouraged to call ahead to reserve a spot. Just call (845) 621-3474. There is a cash bar and again the event goes Noon-2pm this Saturday.

His food is truly exceptional. I'm not a guy who is great at explaining these things. I will tell you that I am the kind of person who would tell you if my cousin's restaurant sucked. It does not, it's one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.
