Lowest Gas Prices in the Greater-Danbury Area

It looks like gas prices in the Greater-Danbury area are slightly inflated since last month. In November the best gas price in Danbury was $2.84, Brookfield was $2.69, Bethel was $2.87, Newtown was $2.89, New Fairfield was $3.11 and New Milford's lowest price was an amazing $2.49.

A few things:

I say it every time but New Fairfield desperately needs another gas station, the lack of competition is killing the drivers in NF. There is 1 gas station in the center of town.
New Milford is always a standout in low gas prices.
I always feel torn on posting BJ's and Costco as LOW gas price options, I mean yes they have low gas prices but you're paying a membership fee to get them. Are they really low?

Connecticut's 12 Broken McFlurry Machines: Everything You Need to Know - 2024

McDonald's McFlurry machines are notorious for being out of order, but the fast-food giant thinks they have a long-term fix in hand. Historically, these machines have been plagued by breakdowns according to CNN, with about 10-15% currently reported as non-working, thanks to exclusive repair rights held by the manufacturer, Taylor.

But good news is here: the U.S. Copyright Office has granted a "right to repair" exemption, allowing McDonald's to fix these machines themselves or hire third-party repair services. Thanks to advocacy from groups like Public Knowledge and iFixIt.com, there’s hope for McFlurry lovers everywhere.

However, there are still some machines that are currently out-of-order in the State of Connecticut. Here is the complete list of those busted units from McBroken.com.
