P.S. When I told my wife about this program she immediately asked me, if this was one of those "things" we have to pay back at tax time? It was a good question, one I didn't have the answer to. So, rather then read all the details that were provided on CT.Gov, I went right to the top, texting Mark Boughton.

Boughton is the Tax Commissioner for the Department of Revenue Services and the former Mayor of Danbury, CT. He told this is "not" one of those "things" where you need to pay back to the state. So, if there are any problems, tell the State of CT that my (Lou Milano) text messages are filled with iron clad legal information.

P.S. #2 - $250 = 2 full-tanks of gas, meditate on that.

According to CT Financial Crimes Most Wanted, the following 6 cases are open investigations, either by the police department, or the banks themselves.
