Danbury’s Annual Halloween on the Green is Back for 2021
There's no doubt about it. On Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 1 PM -4 PM, CityCenter Danbury will host its "29th Annual Halloween on the Green," complete with a children's costume parade, goodie bags, local vendors, music, a photo booth, and kid-friendly events.
Each of the first 500 costumed children will receive a goodie bag. In addition, a costume contest will be held with prizes awarded for the most original, scary, and cute costumes. Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Greater Danbury and many other sponsors, Halloween on the Green is free for the public.

The following is a Public Service Announcement from your friend, Ethan Carey. There's a rather large temporary Halloween costume store at 100 Danbury Newtown Road, where Nardelli's used to be located. The selection of costumes was incredible, but it scared the crap out of my 7-year-old grandson Bradley. Automatron ghouls were reaching out as you walked into the store, combined with screams, headless creatures, and bloody zombies! Be warned, it was terrifying.
The Patriot Garage right next to the CityCenter green is your best bet for parking at the event. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or would like to be a vendor at this event, please click www.citycenterdanbury.com/halloween-vendor-sponsorship-form.
