Could it be true? Is Santa's house and workshop up for sale on the real estate website Zillow?

I saw it with my own eyes. Is Santa going out of business? Does he need to sell his house to pay down debt? Maybe he's simply downsizing which many seniors lean towards in their golden years. Keep in mind that Santa was born in 270 AD which makes him 1,746 years old, so it would be totally understandable if he chose to retire.

Let's take a look at Santa's crib. This beautiful comfy A-Frame in the North Pole has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2,500 square feet of space. The home was built in the early 1800's but remodeled in 2013 and includes an oven in every room of the house for Mrs. Claus's Christmas cookie business.

This 25 acre piece of property includes a customized state-of-the-art workshop with 75 custom work stations for Santa's elves. You'll find an old world charm in Santa's study which includes substantial built-in shelving which stores different toy prototypes.

Santa's house, customized workshop, and the 25 acres it rests on is listed at $657,957. The rental price would be $3,228 per month. If you're interested in Santa's home, wait a minute, someone just ran in with some news about this listing. They say I failed to see the notation on the listing that reads, "OFF MARKET," which means Santa's home IS NOT FOR SALE. OK, then never mind.
