Years ago, I ran for Mayor of New Milford. In my haste, however, I forgot to fill out the proper documentation. This time around, I will NOT make that mistake.

You see, back then my entire platform was based around a military invasion of Sherman. My idea was to invade and take over Sherman, and change it's name to New Shmilford. Some people thought I was joking, until I rolled a tank through Sherman while the citizens pelted me with rocks. When all was said and done, it seemed like a big waste of my time. No one understood or respected my message. I have grown in the years since, and think I would probably take a different tact. I'd focus on the problems that New Milford faces, and leave Sherman be.

The question is, would I actually win if I ran for real? The answer, of course, is, yes. I am certain of it. Sure, I have a checkered past, and would have some tough questions to answer, but I am ready. I consulted with Danbury Mayor, Mark Boughton, early this morning on the Ethan and Lou show. He warned me of the schedule, prepared me for the scrutiny, and even gave me advice on how to attend an event. Be seen, and get the hell out of there in a timely fashion. It was all very helpful advice.

Do you think I would win? I need to hear from the people on this. What would you ask of me as an elected official? What would I be most likely to screw up?
