Iconic 90’s Rock Band Announces New Year’s Show in Greater Danbury
In August of 1992 the Gin Blossoms released the album "New Miserable Experience" and forever stamped their spot in the American songbook.
Today, songs like Hey Jealousy, Found Out About You and Allison Road have the ability to transport 90's kids right back to their youth. Over 30 years later, the Gin Blossoms are still making and sharing their music with their fans.
On Tuesday (10/03/23) the Ridgefield Playhouse announced a brand new Gin Blossoms show set for New Year's Eve (12/31/23).
The public sale begins Friday October 6th at 10 am but Ridgefield Playhouse members can purchase their tickets now. The show will be opened by the Gabe Dixon Band and showtime is at 8 pm. Gabe Dixon is best known for his work with the Tedeschi Trucks Band but has also worked with Paul McCartney, O.A.R. and Supertramp. Tickets for this special event range between $150-250 and can be purchased at ridgefieldplayhouse.org

I wore that album (CD) down to molecules, at some point the CD and my Sony Discman fused and became one unit, never to be seperated for any reason. New Miserable Experience is a part of my brain, I love that band with all my heart and always will.
