From Brookfield With Love: 45 Years of I-95 Laughter, Friendships, and Stories You Shared With Us
It's the end of an ERA......
For the first time in 45 years, the studios of I-95, The Home of Rock & Roll, will be quiet.

Gerolynn F.L. - My husband and I have been listening to I95 fm since forever. I met my husband at the age of 15 and growing up in Norwalk our hang out was at Calf Pasture Beach and I95 was always blaring. It may be the end of an era but, now …… you start a brand new one. I’m really excited for all of you as I think this will be a much needed and positive change for you all. I guess we won’t be seeing Lou riding down the road anymore in his yellow submarine. Best wishes always. Thank you for being apart of our lives and continue to. You’re all the best.
Basil Z - Well said Ethan. Well said! Here's to the really memorable 10 years I was lucky enough to work with you, and the many colorful characters that walked through those doors each day. So many stories came from my time at "The Home of Rock and Roll"! Best wishes to all, including the hundreds of thousands of people who tuned in and still tune in on a regular basis!
Kerry Manion - My funny memories of voicing commercials, highlight was the one for Elan's (I think that was the name) "club" on Federal Rd., commercial played at 2 or 3 am, lol. (Always the one to make the parents so proud! All the best in your new home of rock! XO
Pam Brooks - SO many memories flooding my head right now! SO much time spent with some of my absolutely favorite people, on and off air. Love and miss you all. Enjoy your new space and Make it ROCK!
John R. - I was a listener to Wine radio back when 95 fm was the same as 95 am. My buddy back then in 5th grade was Ethan's neighbor, mowed his lawn if I remember right and I'd get the inside scoop of Ethan's life outside radio. When I was a little older I got to go inside the transmitter hut and to fix the alarm system, unfortunately never got to see the studio. Good luck on your new place!
Jim Schultz - I built the studios, and played the very first record from that location after we left the Stonehouse. Then only sure thing in this life, is change. Good luck in your new digs!
Paul A. - Great times... I remember "For Headphones Only" and listing to deep Rush tracks. I'll forever be grateful for I95 and my sister Marlene Ayoub Frank for winning the chance for me to go backstage to Meet Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson
Christa Saracco (Former I-95 Promotions Director) - OMG if the walls could talk!!!!!
Finster - WTF!
Wendy LH - A groupie from way back. All the best on the new location. The greater Danbury area isn’t done with you yet!!
