I Wonder What Kept Huma Abedin from the Weiner Sentencing?

According to the NY Daily News Huma Abedin was a no show at the sentencing of her soon-to-be ex-husband Anthony Weiner. Weiner was sentenced to 21 months in prison for sexting an underage girl.

What could keep her away from that circus, I wonder?

I mean, what else would a successful, attractive woman want to do on a Monday afternoon that is better than watching your ex get sentenced to prison for sexting an underage girl?

Other than her politics, this poor lady has it all together on paper, and this dude was like dead weight, just dragging her down at every turn. Every chance she gave him to right the ship, he blew off and whipped it out again.

What is this guy's deal anyway?

I mean, I don't have a problem with sexting, but he did some really messed up stuff. I would think that if your name was Weiner, you'd go out of your way to downplay your ding-a-ling, not draw as much attention to it as possible. Maybe it was written in the stars — just a predetermined phallic destiny. It's the age-old story of, "Have it, must show it."

I hear they don't like grown men who mess with underage girls in prison. Good luck, Weiner.
