If you don't know what "Team Van Der Beek" is you can catch up here. The fastest and easiest way I can explain it is that I've authorized Ethan and Lou fans to reach out to James Ven Der Beek on our behalf. We want James to come on the show.

Tomorrow is his birthday, he turns 42. This is the perfect opener for starting a convo with "The Beek." How do you join the throngs of Ethan and Lou fans who have already been doing this? Simple, reach out to him on Instagram tomorrow, say Happy Birthday! Whatcha doin' today? Beekin' and Squeakin'? Then you say, "hey, while I have you, you should be a guest on the Ethan and Lou show.

You can tell him I am a big fan of his work throughout the years. Tell him "Dawson's Creek" was my TV "fire jam" and that few movies can match the hilarity and intensity of "Varsity Blues." At this point he will ignore your message and you then message him again and say, "What's up man? I thought you were cool?"
