It must be very fun to have your own amusement park ride at your home. I've dreamed of having one at my house, but, I don't have any money. Someone in North Stonington, Connecticut did though, and we have the video. I'm dying to know the story behind it, maybe you can help?
I love innovative parents who make incredible things for their children, and I also love madmen builders who put weird things in unusual places just because they can. It comes from watching shows that feature insane mega pools, and what someone can accomplish on their property when they have the means to do something out of the ordinary.
We received a video from Jill Keogh, who was surprised to find a neighborhood roller coaster/amusement park ride while she was recently driving along Wyassup Road in North Stonington. It looks like it's Noah, leading the animals to his Ark, and in the video, you can see what appears to be it's track running along the road.
Very cool huh? We tried, but we couldn't find any information about it online.
In September 2021, a auction took place in upstate New York of a ton of old fixtures from the Danbury Fair, Catskill Game Farm, and a couple of older Northeast US amusement Parks, did someone buy it for their kids, grandkids? Noah's biggest fan? Did Ocean Beach Park in New London sell off an old ride? I'm curious to know the story behind this. If anyone knows anything, let us know.
Thank you for sharing your video with us Jill, I hope we can find out about this mystery coaster.
