Two things that become clear from the stands at Danbury Ice Arena is 1) the Hat Tricks love hockey and leave it all out there on the ice, and 2) they are committed to giving you a good time, whether you're there with friends, family, or date night.

If you haven't been to a Hat Tricks game lately, you've got to check them out. Regular tickets are $15 ($11 for military veterans and children younger than 12), and their newly renovated Premium Suites offer seating and food/drink packages for up to 20 people.

You can let your own competitive spirit fly free at the Axe Tricks Throwing Lounge, which is available to ticketholders only and opens at 5:30 p.m. on game nights. Aside from axe-throwing lanes, Axe Tricks features billiards, Pro-Foosball, a full bar and food menu, cathedral ceilings and skyline views and, of course, a huge TV wall playing the game.

They'll be celebrating Danbury's rich hockey history with Alumni Night on Feb. 19, when they'll induct five members as the inaugural Ring of Honor class and wear a special blended Trashers/Hat Tricks jersey.
