This has to be a joke, right? According to the website mlive.com, the Hartford Yard Goats, the Double-A MLB affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, have announced a new ballpark menu item for the 2025 season titled "Float Your Goat." This item consists of a quarter-pound all-beef hot dog topped with chopped peppers, onions, bacon, and brown mustard, all immersed in a glass of 100 percent whole goat milk! You had me until the goat milk.

According to Hearst CT Media when Jeff Dooley, the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Yard Goats, was asked about the new food item, he flashed a big smile and said, "No comment." This leaves us wondering: could it be an April Fool's joke or a fun way to build excitement for the debut of all the delicious new treats during a tasting party at the YG Club at Dunkin' Donuts Park  on Wednesday, April 2nd, at 1 p.m.

The Yard Goats are known for their 'Specialty Foods' menu at the ballpark, which you can find at goatsfoodfinder.com. Check out some of these unique menu selections...

    1. Meatloaf Donut Sandwich (I'm all in!)
    2. Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese (Instant heartburn)
    3. Korean Kimchi Footlong Dog (????)
    4. Mac & Cheese Cone (That's what I'm talkin' about!)
