Have you ever walked into someplace over the course of 50 years, and it still smells the same as it did in the 70's? We have four of these Wonders of Nature in Waterbury, well, technically one is in Cheshire, but I don't care. They're bulletproof, Cordyceps would not phase them, and even if a tsunami washed up the Naugatuck River, they would float.

There are just some businesses too engrained in our neighborhoods that recession, price increases, cordyceps, and even the apocalypse could kill. I spent 50 of my years in Waterbury, and these four places have not changed, nor should they.
