Sure the home is 650 square feet but it sits on 42 acres in Sherman, CT. The house is featured on Land Search and listed for $600,000.

With 42 acres you have plenty of room to build and grow if you decide living in 650 square feet isn't enough. I would have a problem dealing with putting things away. I need closet space bro, I need somewhere to chuck all the nonsense my lady leaves strewn about the floor.

I love it, now all I need is 600k and to convince my wife to live in the actual woods. I mean it's perfect, you can "get off the grid" while not actually doing it the crazy way. You get to escape the hustle and bustle but you can make your way to annoying people in just a few minutes.

You could build "jumps" for dirt bikes which is precisely what I would do. You could split wood without a shirt on, take pictures of yourself all sweaty and text them to your lady (also what I would so). You could play hide and seek and never get caught.

42 acres = so much room for activities.
