To help commemorate last year's 25th anniversary of Extreme's Grammy-nominated second album, Pornograffitti, the Boston band will release the Pornograffiti Live 25 as part of the Metal Meltdown series on Sept. 23.

The release will boast a 5.1 surround sound Blu-ray, DVD and audio CD of the band performing the record in its entirety at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas on May 30, 2015. You can watch a seven-minute trailer for the release above.

The package will also include Rockshow, a 100-minute documentary that walks fans through Extreme's history with exclusive interviews, archival footage and photo gallery.

“It was a great thrill to perform Pornograffiti in its entirety,” Extreme singer Gary Cherone said. “Some of these songs were never played live before, so we had to go back and relearn them for the tour. The album was a watershed moment in the bands career. … It’s when we came in to our own, and it will always be special.”

Driven by the No. 1 single "More Than Words," Pornograffiti peaked at No. 10 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart, and has since gone double platinum in the U.S. since its release on Aug. 7, 1990.
